I like this company because they’re so easy to deal with. I booked a standard cleaning in the online dashboard, which is so convenient. I picked the services I wanted, and it gave me the price, the ability to tip, and the ability to download an invoice. You can reschedule very easily via the dashboard up to 24 hours ahead of time without penalty. The only downside I experienced was that they never called or texted to confirm, but they do send out reminder emails. And they showed up well within the allotted time.Antonio did a wonderful job and was very communicative.

I did have some trouble delivering my key in person ahead of time, but I received a call first thing in the morning and we worked it out to leave it in the mailbox.The cleaners did an amazing job, even got the grime out of the tub, and dusted our ceiling fan, hallelujah! I went back and forth for a while trying to decide to have my house cleaned. I have ridiculously high standards of what "clean" is. I did a ton of research and reading reviews before deciding on a company and moving forward. Scheduling was quick and painless, the price was great, I emailed customer care with a question and received a response within a half of an hour. But, then when the time came 2 young guys showed up at my house as the cleaning crew and I was disappointed. My expectations plummeted! I don’t know of any men who could come close to what I was expecting. (Yes, I know it was judgmental) Well, LET ME TELL YOU; THEY NAILED IT!!!! Not only did they meet, but exceeded my expectations! They moved and cleaned behind and under EVERYTHING. Took TVs off the wall and cleaned the back of the TV and the wall behind it. Moved everything, even dusted my extra hand soap bottles and my cleaning supplies that were on a shelf. They moved cases of water to clean under and behind it. I mean EVERYTHING is spotless!!! I could go on and on, but no one would read it! I cannot express how beyond satisfied I am, I will continue to use them and have already recommended them to people! They were friendly, courteous, professional, responsive, and most of all very thorough and diligent in their approach to cleaning. When they finished, they asked me if I would like to do a "walk through" which I did, and much to my surprise, our dwelling not only looked clean, tidy and sparkling, it smelled really good too. I was very pleased with their work, and all I can say is that Baltimore Home Cleaning Services is very fortunate to have these two hard-working individuals working for them. I look forward to our next cleaning which is scheduled for early June 2020 and I have requested them to come back.

Helen was great. I love the cleaner she uses; it smells so amazing in my house! Everything is beautifully clean when she leaves. The service is easy to sign up for. You enter your info, how many rooms, etc., and select how often, preferred days, etc. I think the cleaner could vary from time to time based on who is available that day. We've had the same person each time so far. I liked that I could sign up online and get my cleanings scheduled.

For $200 private cleaners will organize things, clean the inside and outside of appliances, and clean 3 story houses. I got a small bathroom cleaned and a small kitchen cleaned. They didn't move anything out of the way. I had to move everything. The wouldn't take the trash out. There was not a checklist that was provided. She didn't clean the dishes. They said it wasn't in the scope of their business. The service was for 4 hours, so that was a $50.00 per hour service. They came quickly because I was free during the weeday, but all the weekend appointments were booked. There were still stains in my toilet. Granted, they are hard to get out, but still, for a professional service, it should have been taken out. It was good, but not great.
